Mental Health Practitioner Opportunity

Wiidookodaadiwin Counselling & Consulting is a Cambridge, Ontario based mental health collective. We are seeking Registered Psychotherapists (and RPQ’s) or MSW who are committed to providing culturally sensitive care and who hold a deep understanding of the diverse experiences of marginalized communities. We especially encourage applications from those who can see children or youth, are trauma-informed and have expertise in 2SLGBTQ+, BIPOC and Neurodiverse care.

Therapists with any of the following skills, we invite you to apply:

  • Couple/relationship counseling – with a clear understanding of relationship models that are outside of the heterosexual, cisgender monogamy sphere
  • Somatic therapy
  • Embodied mental health approaches
  • PTSD specific mental health care such as EMDR or IFS
  • Holistic practices
  • Those who offer spiritual support
  • Nature therapy/walk and talk therapy
  • Have cultural sensitivity training
  • Offer specialized care for children, youth, and neurodiverse individuals
  • Are committed to trauma-informed and holistic practices
  • Are adaptable to hybrid or virtual therapy models
